We lived in Hong Kong for 3 years, on the island on Albany road, within the Botanical gardens. We would wake to the sound of the chimpanzees, and watch the elderly gracefully practice tai chi there each morning. It was a great hub to travel from – to China, Indonesia for us. We explored the food through our everyday living, local courses, travelling and eating out. Our daughter grew up with susho as her favourite food as a toddler there, it´s still her favourite, and she makes it much better than us ! But there were so many other delicious foods there and so, we are excited to revisit all of these memories for you.

Use this as the basis for any vegan or nonvegan, yellow, creamy, tomato-based curry sauce. It goes well with tofu, chicken, turkey, monkfish or lentils.
Fabulous recipe. Easy and very filling lunch too. Asian sauce with cabbage, carrot and onion slaw. Also brilliant as a marinade with smoked salmon.
Without coconut oil. Sometimes you have to be limited to get creative, and it usually leads to the best results !
An easy, healthy and filling soup recipe. More importantly you get all your goodness in a bowl, or take it to go in a flask. Lunch… sorted!
