Bron mandoline

This is the professional level mandoline we use most  – it feels like we´ve had it forever.

It does everything without having to add extra parts  – just the hand guard of course ( which I strongly advise you to get if it doesn´t come with the model in your country – buy it separately ).

I like the simplicity of this one – it´s a French classic, and so easy to use. We used one like this in our restaurant kitchen. I like being able to store the little sharp insert blades separately –  safely out of children´s reach if you´re using it in a home kitchen.
